Frequently Asked Questions
What is your payment policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the wedding. Payment methods include: e-transfer or cash.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes, I offer a range of high-quality printed products, including albums, prints, and canvases. We can discuss your preferences and I can show you samples to help you choose the best options for preserving your memories.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
You can expect to receive your edited photos within 3-4 weeks after the shoot. If you need the images sooner, please let me know in advance so that we could work something to satisfy your needs.
How can you make guarantee my files won’t get corrupted or lost?
I use a Synology NAS (Network Attached Storage) system to securely store and backup all your photos. This advanced system offers multiple layers of protection, including redundant storage, regular backups and cloud backups for extra security. To guard against power outages, I use a surge protector, ensuring a power outage won’t erase your precious memories.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes, I am available to travel for shoots. Travel within a certain radius is included in my standard rates, but additional fees may apply for locations outside this area. Please discuss your location with me for more detailed information.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
In case of bad weather, we can reschedule the session to a later date or move to an indoor location if available. Your satisfaction with the shoot is my priority, and we will work together to find the best solution.
Do you provide retouching and editing services?
Yes, retouching, editing, and color grading are included in every session.
